Excalibur #1 – Review
I didn't know if I wanted to review Excalibur #1 or not. It's not that I thought it was bad. It really doesn't seem much like an X-book. Of course, then I realized that at its best, the original Excalibur didn't seem like one, either. I gave it a second read through.
Ten Characters That I Want To See In The Marvel Cinematic Universe (UPDATED)
The Marvel Cinematic Universe has become a ripe playground for Internet articles about theories and lists. I've even done my own list in the past of characters I want to see get the MCU treatment. With the merger of Fox and Disney paving the way, we even have Fantastic Four and X-Men to hope to see someday. I also am in need of something to kick start me writing again, as I've had trouble keeping motivated. When I don't see anything new in comics really grabbing my interest, it gets easy to be disillusioned. The Marvel Cinematic Universe routinely impresses me. Therefore, I'm using it for yet another list among the many out there. This one is on characters that I want to see in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Excalibur #1 : Reviews Of Old Comics
We're back with an new review of an old comic, Excalibur #1. This time we go back to the late 80s when Marvel started spinning off its popular Uncanny X-Men title. Wolverine's regular series came along about this same time. After the X-Men had apparently died in their own title, a few of the team members left behind joined with Captain Britain to form Excalibur, complete with a new series written by Chris Claremont and drawn by a fan favorite artist who just happened to have a history with Captain Britain, Alan Davis.
