G.I. Joe Zombie Initiative Gallery…Over 100 Images!

We decided to have a little fun with our figures and in-turn, created a monster gallery of the 2014 G.I. Joe Con box set. We had a little help from Cobra as they loaned us a Cobra Toxo Lab for this shoot. This set is a hell of a lot of fun and I hope you guys got one. While some figures were okay, other were spectacular and we will break them down. Also included is the Con 2 pack and Con freebie, the Awe Striker!

Included in the box set are:

• Clean Sweep
• Ozone
• Steel Brigade Commander (Gold Head)
• Outback
• T’Jbang
• Flint
• Toxo Zombir (x3)
• Cobra Lab Rats (x2)
• Repulsor
• Toxo- Vipers (x3)

The Con 2 pack contained:

• Ice Storm
• Clutch 

We are not doing a traditional review on this set; I know our good friend from Generals Joes will have that covered. We wanted to show em off in different play environments or situations. Cobra, for example, is massing troops at the Toxo Lab and they have captured some Joes. Of course they were turned into mindless Zombies that they control but still, it was fun. The Joes have regrouped and re-captured one of their own. The guys have no idea how to treat him as most zombies are dead. Still, he is strapped to a gurney while Ice Storm attempts to revive the trooper.

The most important element was just showing them off. Like I mentioned before, some of the figures were just okay. For example, Ice Storm has limited upper body movement due to his winter coat and Outback has a difficult backpack which is tough to insert in his back. Other have issues holding weapons but that part is minor.

This Con set is full of 90’s goodness and a must have for any ARAH fan. The G.I. Joe Collectors Club nailed it even with the problems mentioned above. Enjoy the gallery and Yo Joe!!
