G.I. Joe Ultimate Retaliation Flint Review/ Gallery

Continuing our look at the recently released G.I. Joe Retaliation wave 3.5, we are proud to present Flint, the Ultimate Version! What was our thoughts on this figure? You will find out after the Jump! Yo Joe!!

First impressions are always important; whether it be a toy, job interview or first date, it does not matter. Luckily for me, this figure won me over. I have never been a huge fan of movie figs but damn, this Flint rocks! I guess you could say the included arsenal was a key element or the fact he comes with a Joe Parachute did me in. All in all, he is a top notch figure and one I will include in my display case.

Hasbro went all out with this figure and he definitely deserves the Ultimate Tag line. The sculpt is top notch and exactly what you would expect from a Joe figure. The main element I dig is indeed the weapon arsenal. Have fun choosing which weapon you will display with Flint, it is a tough choice! The added parachute is sweet as well. I don’t plan to display him with the chute but it is there for just that option.

The only thing I had an issue with is trying to pull that vest off to get the harness on. It can be done but beware, it sucks. I stopped after a bit due to my fear of breaking my figure (call me chicken I guess). Just utilize some patience and it will come off. Other than that, he is a fantastic figure. My rating on Ultimate Flint is 4.5 out of 5. If you see him snag him, he is worth the money!
