Destiny Nickelsen As Juliet Starling – Lollipop Chainsaw

As a fan of Destiny Nickelsen I was ecstatic to see this new photo shoot. Many have done Juliet Starling but Destiny nails the essence of the character. Check out all the images below and remember 2 things. 1-Always show respect and be kind and 2- Cosplay IS a major part of our hobby so show love and like her page! We take no credit for the images as we consider ourselves a bridge; uniting new fans to cosplayers and cosplayers to new fans. Enjoy.

AMERICAN CHEERLEADER ALTERNATE COSTUME:

Juliet is all hand made!
No patterns were bought for this, they were hand made.

The top is all separate seams, not overlaid colors. The stars are all embroidered patches.
The skirt is box pleated, with the little strip of red being sewn onto the blue on either side, to get the accuracy of the game. I didn’t want to just sew panels and let them hang.

The tights are drawn out and stitched together, and have silk screen iron on letters down the sides.
The leg warmers are red knit fabric. Super comfy 😛

I painted the shoes and added red fabric to the “tongue” to match Juliet’s cute sneakers.
I bought a watch and painted it with plastic enamel, and the hair scrunchies were hand made also.

Chainsaw was a real chainsaw that I gutted and painted, and the blade is hand made by me.
The inside of the chainsaw was re-done so that it now doubles as a purse, and holds my phone and lollipops ^_^
I also added a different handle that matched hers in game.
I chose to use a real chainsaw just to make it more realistic, but plan on making a ‘screen accurate’ version as well.

I don’t have many pictures with him, but my “Nick” head is a mannequin head that I painted and added a wig to.
