He is a pure army builder and a new addition to the ARAH modern check list. Well, where do I begin. I am not a fan this figure and I wanted to get that out of the way first thing. Do not get me wrong I like the concept and I adore the vintage Budo but this one falls flat for me. I know it's a hard to find figure but there is little here you can do (as far as play value).

I love you Hasbro. I wanted this figure in a bad way and I finally have it. Thank you for giving us Kwinn. Old school Joe guys know who he is and the role he played within the G.I Joe lore. It is so nice to finally have this one guys and once again a big thanks goes out to Hasbro for finally getting him out. This review is short as I wanted the pics to tell you his story.
