DC Collectibles has brought us some awesome stuff over the last few years but the inclusion of the Animated Series was a game changer for many collectors. Looking back over the years we have received many awesome Batman collectibles but the animated series from Kenner Toys is something truly special. Maybe it's just the nostalgia associated with the show or it could be the start of the golden age of modern collecting; personally I believe it's a combination of both.

DC Collectibles New DC Icons Figures Coming This Fall
USA Today has revealed a new line of DC Collectible figures; DC Comics Icons . We just posted DC Collectibles 2015 line-up and this series was in the list. Now we do have more information on the line and some new images. The new figures, debuting this fall, will feature classic costume figures in the 6″ scale. The figures will sell for $24.95 each. Here’s who is coming:
DC COLLECTIBLES UNVEILS 2015 LINE-UP
DC Collectibles, the exclusive line of toy and collector items from DC Entertainment, will showcase its new 2015 action figures, statues and lifestyle products at the 112th North American International Toy Fair in New York City. This year’s lineup will feature a wide variety of television products including action figures and other collector items from Warner Bros. Television’s critically acclaimed Arrow, The Flash, Gotham and Constantine television shows. DC Collectibles will also introduce a new 6’’action figure line called “DC Comics ‘Icons’” based on the art style of world-renowned comic artist, Ivan Reis.

Taken right out of the pages of DC Comics New 52 Universe comes an amazing tale that features some delightful characters (I for one loved the Aquaman Origin aspect to the story). This is based on one of the DC Comics Bombshell variant covers and features a mighty fine Batwoman dressed up in a Gotham Knights Baseball uniforms.
