Slave 1 Model Kit from Bandai is looking very sharp. The Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back – Slave I 1/144 Scale Model Kit is priced at $34 USD (4104 Yen). It features moveable wings, an opening hatch, and the ability to display in either flight mode or landed mode. It also includes blast effect pieces, a stand, Boba Fett, a seated Boba Fett and a Han Solo in Carbonite. This one you do not want to miss. Bandai Teases Boba Fett and Slave I Model Kits. Bandai has revealed that they will unveil these two new Star Wars Model Kits at Chara Hobby 2015. They will have a 1/12 Scale Boba Fett as well as a 1/144 Scale Slave I vehicle (think of a high grade Gundam kit).
Tamashii Nations has released a few more images of their upcoming Star Wars Realization Boba Fett. Back in July we first brought you a small update highlighting this figure and more from the Realization line. This figure will include the following accessories: Body, Japanese sword set, replacement wrist left and right each four, blaster rifle, and weapon set. There will be plenty more Realization figures coming from Bandai Japan. Darth Vader and the Stormtrooper is on the way now and look for Boba Fett to hit in November. Check out the images below.
Bandai has released new images and infor for their next Star Wars vehicle model kit; 1/72 Scale Y-Wing. This kit is a pre painted model that measure 225 MM long and will include a variety of accessories. Look for it to include a Death Star style display base, laser effects, two seated pilots, a standing pilot, an R5 style Astromech Droid and an R2 style Astromech Droid.
Bandai has added the latest Star Wars Model to their website. Coming soon will be a Star Wars 1/12 Scale Biker Scout Trooper with Speeder Bike. This will be a fully articulated Bike Scout folks, who will come with multiple hands and a blaster. The Speeder Bike will include swappable rear thruster pieces and two display stands; one for Endor and one for the Death Star* (for the Bike Scout only). Look for this 1/12th scale kit to hit this June for a SRP of 5,000 Yen ($42). This kit should be a good companion to the Hasbro released Bike Scout. Check out the images below!
Bandai Japan is offering collectors an amazing piece to add to your collection. If you're like me, you are on the hunt for the perfect Bandai Japan C-3PO to add some life to your R2 unit. Right now on Amazon you can order this amazing C-3PO from one of the market place vendors for less than 34 bucks. Not to shabby if you ask me. Do yourself a favor and snag one before they are gone. Bandai has revealed the next two 1/12 Scale Star Wars Plastic Model Kit Figures and they are; R2-D2 and R5-D4. Each articulated figure will sport a 3rd leg, which can be stored underneath and each figure will come with an assortment of gadgets. Also included will be a figure base for easy display! Look for this latter this month, early next month for a retail of $21 USD and 2,592 Yen each.
