Toy fair 2016 Wrap Up Part 2
Okay folks this is it, the last of our images from Toy Fair. Like I mentioned, this year was fantastic and unlike other sites that will pass on false or offer "click bait" reporting, we will not. I know the amount of reveals was on the low side but it was the quality over quantity that mattered. If you are looking for Marvel or DC Superhero merchandise, there will be plenty. Star Wars, Transformers, Walking Dead, Spawn, LEGO, TMNT, Power Rangers, POPs and many more will fill our collections to the brink. Anime, Game of Thrones and independent releases will also have a home with many of us.
Toy fair 2016 Wrap Up Part 1
Wow, what a week we had. So many companies to see and so many toys and collectibles to shoot! This was an unbelievable Toy Fair folks. Others might have complained of the lack of variety coming to the market but we are here to say otherwise. There will be tons of new merchandise flowing in stores soon and as most of you know, this covers mostly the first three quarters of the year. We still have Botcon, SDCC and possibly Joe Con to go for more reveals. While we are officially concluding Toy Fair with these 2 parts, just know we still have to sort through many press kits so look for high res official imaging soon on different brands. Up first will be The Good Smile Company and Yes Anime. Yes Anime sorta fell in our laps as we missed these guys several times. If it was not for the 12" Harry Potter figures we might have missed them all together.
Dark Horse Toy Fair 2016 Gallery
We are almost done folks and we are saving some sweet ones for last. Up next is Dark Horse and their amazing line of Statues from both Game of Thrones and The Witcher Wild Hunt. Plus take a look at their draw dropping line of Diecast ships from Halo. The one to look for is Triss. This statue looks spot on and I am always impressed with Dark Horse and their offerings.
DC Collectibles- Toy Fair 2016- DC Films & Plush
DC Collectibles is looking to change the Action Figure Market and they want to bring you in for the ride. I know fans want quality figures with super articulation and that is why other high end figures gained so much popularity with the fans. DC will be offering figures that go beyond the basic articulation and once in-hand, you will be blown away.
DC Collectibles- Toy Fair 2016- Statues!!
DC Collectibles will have several new statutes on tap for 2016. The Suicide Squad Statues are beyond cool and just wait to you see them in hand. The detail is amazing and that Harley Quinn is perfect. Besides SQ we also have other DC Movie and TV Statues to look forward to seeing. Supergirl has an amazing sculpt and check out the B&W Harley Quinns. Also look for new Bombshells and a few other surprises. Now onto the gallery!
DC Collectibles- Toy Fair 2016- Icons, Artist Series & TV
DC had plenty of other action figures on display besides Animated. These figures range from several areas of the DC Universe. Look for figures from the following lines: (TV Series) Arrow and Flash 2pk Arkham Knight Icons Designer Series
DC Collectibles- Toy Fair 2016- The Animated Series
DC Collectibles had a nice display this year and to kick things off we are featuring the Animated Series. Most of the new figures were already shown but seeing these up close was well worth it. Fans can look forward to a Jim Gordon, Clayface, Girls Night Out (Supergirl and Livewire is new), a Batwing and so, much more!
Hasbro- My Little Pony Gallery
Some of you might have thought we forgot the Pony; we did not! Most of the sites do not post these but not us. We know fans of this line wants to see new toys too and we are here to deliver. Fans of My Little Ponies have a lot to look forward to. We have a new story coming, a new movie in 2017, and new toys. The show is still kicking butt and IDW continues to impress with their comic. NECA Toy Fair Gallery 2016
NECA had a few new things to show us this year. Continue to look for new Aliens figures, Predator and much more. The Video game retro figures will continue and look for new Ash figures to come latter this year. Click on through for the gallery.
The Loyal Subjects Toy Fair 2016
The Loyal Subject had all the new GI Joe figures on display plus the MOTU and so much more! I love these guys and these little figures are definitely welcomed. Take a gander at all the lines below and look for more info soon from The Loyal Subjects!
DST Toy Fair 2016- New Statues, Select and More!
Besides Minimates, DST had plenty of new Select figures on hand from both A Nightmare before Christmas, X-Files and Gotham. Also keen eyes will spot a few new high end statues. Rogue is incredible to say the least and she will be in demand. Also check out their mid priced $45) PVC Statues. These will be big shakers on the market folks. Deadpool, Spiderman and Hulk are welcomed additions. Also shown was the completed rooftop for the Ghostbusters and series 3 makes a debut. Check out the images after the jump!
DST Toy Fair 2016- Minimates Galore!
As always, DST had a ton of Minimates on hand for Toy Fair. New Marvel, new Aliens and so much more! I know some Minimate fans who work on the site will lose their minds with this coming year and truthfully, I understand. These guys are additive to no end. The highlight was the new Marvel series that will feature some fan requested figures, both old and new. Check out all the images below and give the Vinimates a look over. These could be the "new" POP of 2016.
