Undertow has just been revealed as figure number 3 from the Convention Box set. Now this is what I am talking about. We are getting a solid representation of a classic character in modern form and the GI Joe Club nailed it. Awesome! Lets see what else they fot. More to come!
TIGER FORCE COMMUNICATIONS: DIAL-TONE Joe Con 2015
The GI Joe Club has revealed the next figure in the 15 figure Joecon Box Set. Up next is Dial-Tone, a much loved character for many fans. Besides his Tiger Force Deco, he will include G.I. Joe Logo Stand, 9mm Parabellum Submachine gun,Computer case with Submachine gun, & Communications backpack with positional microphone arm.
GI Joe Convention 2015 Box Set Details Released
Well, we all knew it was Tiger Force but the Iron Grenadiers took everyone by surprise. There are some gems in this set and if the Club pulls this off, we will have one heck of a box set (even with this being the 3rd go around for the IG's). Look for images soon and if you're like me, you might want to read the con brochure. You can find it HERE. The set which will feature Tiger Force Vs. Iron Grenadiers based figures is titled "Springfield Island: Peril In Paradise", and here are the details:
First Joe Con 2015 Box Set Figure Revealed!! Tiger Force Wreckage!
Good news Joe fans! The Club has not only revealed this years theme BUT they also revealed the first figure from the Con Box Set; TIGER FORCE DEMOLITIONS: WRECKAGE. This figure is unique for several reasons with the first being this figure is from a cancelled figure from 1988! With this being a simple Firefly V1 repaint I do find this interesting to say the least. This figure is also a modern redo of the one latter released in the Toys R Us Tiger Force Box set from 2003. Basically there is a ton of history behind this character but enough of me rambling. Check out what the GI JOE Club has to say and view the image below! More to come folks, more to come.
G.I. Joe Tiger Force Coming in 2015? Maybe……….
Earlier this month the G.I. Joe Collectors Club hinted around that we would get an idea of what next years Convention set would be. The hint was to be published in their G.I. Joe vs. Cobra #7 comic and well, we might have figured it out. Over on the G.I. Joe Discussion Group on Facebook, John Stottman posted

Hallelujah!! The G.I. Joe Collectors Club finally revealed the date and location for the 2015 G.I. Joe Convention. Make plans for April 9th through the 12th in SPRINGFIELD ILLINOIS! Yea, Springfield, the home and secret base of Cobra Command. This is sure to be a fun show and we all cannot wait. Attendee box set
