Breaking News- BotCon is Coming Back!
Last week we saw some rumblings on the BotCon (official) Facebook page and now we have confirmation that BotCon is coming back for a Summer 2021 show! This is good news for Transformer fans and hopeful news for GI Joe fans. Here is the official word concerning the revival of this con:
Transformers Platinum Edition- Botcon 2016
Platinum Edition images have been released. The big news to come out of Botcon is the Autobot Heroes Set: Ultra Magnus, Springer, Arcee, Blurr, Kup (Generations molds)! This massive set will also include an exclusive 1986 movie poster. I shudder to think what the price point will be but damn, these figures look incredible! Also revealed is one of the SDCC sets! Robots in Disguise- Botcon 2016

Voyager Class Transformers- Botcon 2016
Hasbro has released official images of the Voyager Class Transformers from Botcon. The Headmaster theme is awesome and I can see that collectors will have a field day with this line. Check out the images below and look for more news coming soon from Botcon 2016!
New High Res Images of Hasbro’s Technobots
Official photos of the Technobots has been released. These figures will carry the Combiner Wars theme and as you see Hasbro's set is very different from Takara's. I must admit I am a tad giddy right now as Hasbro nailed this one. The bad part is many fans including myself will want both versions. That's not a bad thing though. Read on for the images! New Transformers/ GI Joe Crossover Set Revealed
Big news is coming out of Botcon and it features some new GI Joe figures. From the initial report from Generalsjoes, it looks like we are getting a Ninja Force Scarlett, Cobra Commander, Ratbat (looks to be the MP version) and more! Info is light so let the image do all the talking for you. More as we get it folks!
Joe Con & BotCon Ending in 2016??!!
We have some major developments in the works and it centers around Fun Publications Joe Con & BotCon Conventions. It seems strong rumors are emerging showing that Fun Publications has lost the license to publish, make and operate the official fan clubs for both GI Joe and Transformers. This could be huge news for the community as a whole.
