Chilling Adventures of Sabrina #7 – Review

It's a long wait between issues in the Archie Horror line, and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is no exception. If there is one rule in comics, it's that if you're going to make your readers wait, then it better be worth it. So far, Sabrina has been worth it, but it seems to moving very slow. Last issue promised the return of Sabrina's father, this issue delivers his story.

Archie Meets The Ramones Review

Archie Comics sent us a preview yesterday of Archie Meets The Ramones. I was looking forward to reading it, as I'm a fan of both Matthew Rosenberg and Gisèle Lagacé. Archie Comics has become one of my favorite publishers as well, but I was initially apprehensive about how this special crossover would be in execution, as Archie crossovers always seem a little odd. Review: Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina #3

Archie caught hell for their Kickstarter last week, but it hasn't stopped them from continuing their Horror line, one of the best things to come out of Archie in recent years. The second book in that line, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, came for me after what I could only perceive as a lackluster week where only a handful of comics seemed to be worth the time it took to read them, much less the money being asked for in the cover price. I was ready for I book I have liked in the past to give me another installment of some enjoyable reading.

Review: Chilling Adventures of Sabrina #2

It's been a while since the first issue, but when I saw the preview copy arrive for the second, I was certain to sit down and read it right away. I'm hoping that the Archie Horror line sticks around, but dread the inevitable Josie and the Pussycats title, although if they do it, I'm betting on some type of were-cats.
