Kotobukiya revealed new digital sculpts for two upcoming DC Comics Statues at Wondercon 2015. The sculpts give us our first look at the Black Canary Bishoujo Statue and the Red Hood ARTFX+ Statue. These are still in-progress sculpts, so final details may change. Also take note that the Black Canary is a long awaited fan favorite so hopefully the wait will not be much longer. I fully expect Kotobukiya to have some samples on hand come SDCC time. Read on to check out the images!
Kotobukiya had some major reveals today, which includes both the X-Men ARTFX Statues line and the DC Super Powers ARTFX line. We are still being teased by the Alien license but I am thinking SDCC will shed some light on this. Bishoujo was huge this year and yes, we have more coming. Kotobukiya is good at teasing their fans and this one is indeed a huge tease. Coming in hot is a sneak peek at a Raven Bishoujo Statue from their DC Comics line. A Kotobukiya Japanese import! The hit line of Tekken Bishoujo Statues continues! With its thrilling martial arts action, the Tekken series of video games from Namco has been a huge hit with players since the original arcade game in 1994. In the games, fighters compete in the King of Iron Fist tournament for control of the Mishima Zaibatsu Corporation, using their unique talents against their opponents. Following hot on the heels of her older sister is the sibling who couldn’t be more different, Anna Williams! The younger, more evil Williams sister has appeared in nearly all of the Tekken games since the very first one and now joins the elder Nina as well as the other great fighters in Kotobukiya’s Bishoujo series based on an all new illustration by Shunya Yamashita.
