I have to agree with our friends at Jedi Temple Archives, this case pack assortment makes little sense. Too many carry over figures from previous assortments. I personally would like to see a case pack of all new figures (6 new doubled up). These one per case figs make it tough to get at retail. Plus the last thing we need is a large amount of peg warmers hogging the shelves. Think back to the Vintage Phantom Menace wave. I still see those darn things on the pegs. This list of course comes from StarWarsFiguren.com The Black Series – Wave 3 Darth Vader Luke Skywalker Clone Pilot Luminara Unduli 41st Elite Corps Clone Trooper Stormtrooper Mara Jade Skywalker Merumeru Vizam Darth Plageuis Mace Windu (The Clone Wars) Commander Neyo
Oh what a surprise this was! After so many ho-hum battle packs we finally get something to shout home about. These sets are gorgeous to say the least and I am thrilled we are getting them. Our friends over at StarWarsFiguren.com revealed the two unannounced sets today! Click on over for a peek.
Well it seems like Rocksteady & Bebop will hit the States only and not overseas. Such a shame as all fans should be able to grab these incredible figures. We had a chance to "play" with them at Toy Fair and they are awesome! I am not sure what the future holds for these retro style figures but for now, I would grab them if you see them.
Iron Man 3: Tony Stark (Mandarin Mansion Assault Version) The 15th ACGHK is just one day away and the special edition of the following collectible figurine is only available for pre-order during the event for fans in Hong Kong! Tony Stark, the beloved hero and billionaire genius, faced some challenging issues in Iron Man 3. Terrorists badly injured his friend, destroyed his house, and kidnapped his girlfriend, but despite the downward spiral that he was in, Tony didn’t give up and was determined to take down The Mandarin. I can only hope we get this in the States. This looks amazing. Hot Toys is thrilled to introduce the Tony Stark (Mandarin Mansion Assault Version) Collectible Figurine after the exciting scene where Tony Stark creates homemade weapons to infiltrate The Mandarin’s mansion. The movie-accurate Tony Stark Collectible Figurine is specially crafted based on the image of Robert Downey Jr. as the genius billionaire Tony Stark in his battle damaged civilian attire in the movie, highlighting the newly developed head sculpt, an advanced body with light-up chest light and greatly detailed weapons and accessories. Pre-order at Ani-Com: Retail price: HK$1,380 For fans in Hong Kong, the special edition is only available for pre-order at 15th ACGHK and will include one (1) Homemade Wrist Repulsor as bonus accessory. First Look: Lego Mixels Coming in March 2014! I have no idea what they are but they do look sweet. Hopefully Tor Fair 2014 will shed some light on this interesting property. Till then here is a sneak peek!
Harmony Gold is not happy about Hasbro's recent SDCC 2013 exclusive G.I. Joe/Transformers Crossover set. The set features a G.I. Joe V.A.M.P. as Hound and G.I. Joe Skystriker as Jetfire with booster pack. Apparently Harmony Gold feels the Jetfire toy treads on their intellectual property and has filed a copyright lawsuit in Federal Court. The filing can be viewed by clicking here.
I so hope this is true. It seems that someone overheard Derryl DePriest mention that the Han would be coming out in another format at some point in time. All those crazy prices might be for null. Click on through to Rebelscum for the full report. At the same time, we will try and get some clarification on that statement. Once we do we will spread the word.

Classic Teenage Ninja Turtles are coming! If you thought the turtle craze was done how about a nostalgic trip down memory lane. These are what we like to call retro figures. They are meant to compliment a vintage collection and they look great. Some might call these a cash grab or a waste of time; I call them awesome and if you do not like em, don't buy them. Retail will be $12.99 for the single carded figures and I know for a fact, you cannot buy a vintage carded figure for that price. Click on through for the pics. Also in case your wondering, TRU.com has them up for pre-order as of now.
Here you go guys, our final report (maybe) and this one is big. Pics from around the convention floor. You will see props, cosplay, some kick ass Alloy Iron Man figures and so much more! A huge thanks goes out to Troy Hasbrouck for getting us these photos. Next year we will be on site to deliver our readers a killer presentation. Till then, explore our galleries.
Super 7 has come out of nowhere to bring us something really special. As most of you know Super 7 is producing the original Alien figures from the 70's. These figures were scrapped due to the nature of the film and parental outrage. This year we will finally get these toys made from the original molds and if the line goes well, we will get more. For now check out the gallery.
